3/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup Oat Mix*
1 t
Inulin Prebiotic
1 t Cocoa Powder
1 t Sweetener
Boil water in microwave. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually
stir in boiling water. Microwave about 1 minute. Watch to be sure it doesn't
overflow.
*Oat Mix
In a power blender, mix 2 cups gluten-free Oats and 2 Tbs Chia Seeds. [Chia
seeds will not grind in a regular blender]
For an evening snack leave out the cocoa powder and serve with milk.
