1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tablespoon corn starch
salt
Place egg in a 2 cup measuring cup, sprinkle with salt, cover and microwave around 30 seconds. Spoon cooked egg on toast. In the same measuring cup stir together milk, salt, and corn starch. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, cook another 30 seconds or until thick. Pour sauce over egg and toast.
