Oprah's Outasight Salad
2 cups salad greens of your choice
1 cup chopped vegetable (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc.)
1 cup canned-in-juice pineapple chunks, drained; and/or fresh or canned mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup Dynamite dressing
2 Tbs raisins or dried cranberries
2 Tbs chopped nuts
Dynamite Dressing:
1/4 cup fruit flavored yogurt
1 Tbs orange juice
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
Mix and serve or refrigerate
