Pineapple Cake

2c. flour
2c. sugar
2 t soda
2 t vanilla
dash of salt
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all ingredients together by hand Pour into ungreased 13 x9 pan. Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes or until done. Cool 45 mins.


Icing
1 pkg cream cheese
½ stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
½ c walnuts

Beat ingredients until well mixed spread over cooled cake
