Holly's Pudding

3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Protein Powder
2 T ground Flax or ground Chia Seeds
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup rice milk

In a large bowl, mix together with a hand mixer all ingredients, except the milk and oats, until smooth. With a spatula stir in the milk and oats. Pour into a greased baking dish.

Preheat oven 350ยบ Bake 45-50 minutes.
