- 1 (5 oz) can Tuna
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 T cornstarch & 2 T cold water
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup pasta or noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tablespoons parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven 350° F. In baking dish melt butter and add onion saute until tender. Cook pasta according to package directions. To baking dish add milk and broth; stir in cornstarch. Drain pasta. Add pasta, tuna, parsley, and spinach. Bake, uncovered 25 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese the last 5 minutes.
