Chicken Lo Mein

1 lb boneless chicken breast cut in bite size pieces 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 Tbs oil 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen oriental vegetable 2 c water 3 Tbs soy sauce 2 chicken bullion cubes 4 oz spaghetti, linguini, or rice vermicelli 2 Tbs cornstarch in 2 Tbs water 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp red pepper Directions: 1. Heat oil in skillet 2. Cook onion and chicken strips until brown 3. Add vegetables, soy sauce, bullion, spices, water. Bring to boil 4. Make paste with cornstarch and water. Add to mixture. Cook until thick 5. Add noodles to mixture. Heat. Serve
