Fluffy Icing

3 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla Mix on high in bowl In pot on stove mix 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup water and 1/6 cup water 1/2 tsp cream of tarter Boil until good and bubbly Slowly add boiled ingredients into egg whites
