2 c. mayonnaise
¾ c. sour cream
5 ½ T sugar
4 ½ t horseradish
4 ½ t vinegar
Dill weed to taste
Mix all ingredients; add to shredded cabbage and carrots. Keeps in refrigerator for couple weeks. This is a great dressing for coleslaw.
You can also use it as a dressing for Caesar Salad, over sliced cucumbers, potatoes or any vegetable. - Donna Dawson Kessler
